Our Team

Sarah - Founder + Yoga, Pilates & Barre Instructor
I began my journey with yoga at the age of 12, and soon after, I discovered the benefits of pilates and barre. Over the last decade, I’ve been lucky enough to teach movement, and it’s become my passion to share the transformative power of these practices with others. The Blissed Out Movement was born from my desire to create a space where people of all backgrounds and abilities can experience the joy and healing that comes from yoga, pilates, and barre.
Whether you’re new to movement or a seasoned practitioner, I can’t wait to welcome you into our community!

Nicole - Yoga Instructor
Growing up with a dance background, I always found movement therapeutic. In 2015 I undertook my 300 hour advanced yoga teacher training specialising in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. As I have deepened my practice I have grown to love the stillness of yoga and mediation. Connecting with my body and breath daily helps me practice presence and awareness. I enjoy teaching gentle slow flow focusing on breath and including modifications and adaptations for all levels, ages and bodies. In my spare time I enjoy continuing my yoga education and practice, reading and anytime outdoors.

Vanessa - Pilates & Barre Instructor
As a Pilates mat, Pilates reformer, and Barre instructor with over five years of experience, I am passionate about empowering my clients to feel confident in their bodies. My classes are a celebration of what our bodies can achieve, blending flowy, fun, and functional movements. You'll find yourself challenged, laughing, and maybe even catching a few jokes along the way—but the experience is so enjoyable that the time will fly by. Join me, and let's discover the joy of movement together.

Rachelle - Pilates Instructor
I am a mother of 3 and since having my second child, I thought I would change my lifestyle and have been into fitness ever since. I’ve always worked behind a desk and wanted a change but wasn’t sure what I loved. I was introduced to Pilates (at The Blissed Out Movement) by a friend and fell in love with it. I decided to study to become an instructor myself and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I hope to help others love it like I do, and try to help people leave my class enjoying the workout.
